I, Traci Lynn Keen, residing at Brooklyn, New York, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.

Article I · Executor

I nominate and appoint my sister, Julia Park, as Executor of this my Last Will. In the event she cannot serve, I nominate Kevin McArthur in her place.

Article II · Disposition of residuary estate

I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of every kind and nature whatsoever, to my spouse Kevin McArthur, if he survives me.

Article III · Guardianship

If at the time of my death I leave any minor children, I designate my sister Julia Park as their Guardian.
